Procurement & market entry

Independent sourcing and market representation

BBRC works between Benelux enterprises and international manufacturers. We lower supply chain costs on the buy side, and represent foreign producers entering the Dutch market on the sell side.

What we do

Two practices, one firm

BBRC operates on both sides of the trade: sourcing for Benelux buyers, and representing foreign manufacturers in the Dutch market.

Buy side

Procurement

We review your current supply chain costs and use direct relationships with European and international factories to source industrial goods, packaging materials, and supply chain essentials at lower landed cost, then manage import and freight to your site.

About procurement
Sell side

Market entry

We act as the local commercial representative in the Netherlands for foreign manufacturers, connecting producers with Dutch buyers, managing local language and commercial culture, and routing goods into Dutch logistics and industrial channels.

How procurement works

1

Contact and specification

You make contact and specify what needs to be sourced and at what volume.

2

Pricing

We work our manufacturing network to obtain pricing.

3

Import and delivery

We arrange import and freight and route the goods to your location.

Sell side

How market entry works

1

Local representation

Local commercial representation conducted in Dutch.

2

Buyer identification

Identifying and approaching appropriate Dutch buyers.

3

Routing to market

Routing products into Dutch logistics and industrial supply chains.

Clients

Who we work with

BBRC works with two kinds of organisation, on opposite sides of the same supply chain.

Benelux businesses buying at volume

Companies that buy materials regularly and want to lower those costs without managing factory relationships themselves.

Producers selling into the Netherlands

Manufacturers outside the country that want Dutch customers but do not want to build a local sales operation from scratch.

Pricing

How we charge

Our pricing is simple. We add a margin to the goods we source, and we keep the total below what you are paying now.

When you come to us with something you buy regularly, we check our network for the best factory price, then add our margin on top. You get a lower price than your current one, and we earn on the difference. There are no separate consultancy fees to worry about.

Using a broker

Why businesses use a broker

Sourcing directly and selling into a new country both take time, contacts, and local knowledge that most businesses do not have in house.

Access

We hold the factory and buyer relationships so you do not have to build them.

Cost

Buying directly from producers removes the margins that sit in the middle of most supply chains.

Handling

We manage the slow parts, from pricing and negotiation through to import, freight, and delivery.
